This house was comprehensive whole-home remodel that perfectly illustrates our commitment to speed and quality. This was a dedicated investor flip where we redid everything—all-new kitchen, bathrooms, HVAC, flooring, and paint—and we crossed the finish line in just 3.5 months.  The “before” featured a rundown and dangerous situation- with impractical layouts and holes in the ceilings and walls. But after an extensive demo, our team went to work to create a cozy cottage in the heart of Charlotte.

On the outside, our team repaired the siding and transformed the rotting deck. Inside, the layout was updated to create a more practical flow- removing several walls to open up the downstairs and framing out new closets and even adding walls at the investor’s request in the new kitchen and laundry room. All exterior and interior doors were replaced.

The kitchen received a total makeover- starting by moving it to a better part of the house. New doorways were framed out, and new cabinets, countertops, a new sink and a new microwave were installed. An island was added to the center of the kitchen for improved work area and storage. In the existing pantry, a mini bar area was added.

In the bathrooms, we installed all new vanities, counters, toilets and shower inserts, and tiled the bathrooms.

New lights were installed throughout the house, including modern recessed lighting in the kitchen, new sconces in the bathrooms, and a chandelier in the dining area.

The flooring was replaced through the whole house, the popcorn ceiling removed, holes in the ceiling and drywall repaired. and the whole home was finished off with a fresh coat of paint.
