Which areas do you service?

We are licensed in both North and South Carolina. We serve the greater Charlotte area: Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Huntersville, Concord, Belmont, Gastonia and surrounding areas in North and South Carolina


Do you have a minimum budget requirement?

After the initial consultation, our team will construct a bid package where we will estimate the total cost of your job. We track all of our costs to ensure our prices are fair, up to date, and competitive. For smaller projects, JMJ Repairs, our affiliate company, can handle smaller tasks from day-labor handyman to general carpentry and improvements like decks, repairs etc.


Are you licensed?

Yes! We are fully licensed and insured general contractors, in both NC/SC, for residential. We are in progress to obtaining our commercial licensing as well.


How long do projects ususally last? How quickly can you start?

Every project is different, and it depends on the size and scope of the project. A typical bathroom is about 4 weeks, a kitchen 5-6 weeks. Additions can range from 4 to 8 months depending on the complexity. We’re happy to confirm formal durations after reviewing your project. We’re flexible in terms of start dates and can start rush jobs usually within 3 weeks.


Do I have to have permits?

Any project that goes beyond cosmetic changes does require permits. This ensures structural safety and legal protection when selling the house in the future. As your GC, JMJ Construction will obtain any necessary permits.
