Meet Joshua!

Joshua is finishing his final semester at the Honor’s College at Belmont Abbey College. Joshua worked in landscaping and carpentry jobs for many years before joining JMJ for carpentry and repair work and then transitioning to a PM position in 2025. For Joshua, one of the best parts of JMJ is the company culture. He loves the support he receives from his coworkers, both at work, but outside of it as well. He appreciates the genuine friendships he has made with his coworkers and the whole person approach JMJ takes towards its employees- supporting them and their wellbeing in every area of life, not just in their careers. Since coming to JMJ, Joshua's field knowledge and expertise have expanded to include overseeing a variety of project types, including bathroom and kitchen remodels and new builds. In his personal life, Joshua is married with two children. In his spare time, he enjoys long-term strategy board games, reading classics, and writing poetry and stories, as well as playing jazz piano!
