Meet Charlie!

Charlie graduated from Belmont Abbey College in May 2025 with bachelors in Business Management. He worked at Chick-fil-A for over 4 years and served as the General Manager there for a year before joining JMJ Construction as one of our project managers.

Charlie prides himself in his leadership and management skills and his ability to work with other team members and clients. He loves JMJ’s culture and how JMJ especially prioritizes family and centers work around it. Charlie comes from a large family himself (9 children) of which he is the middle child.

In his free time, he enjoys working with his hands, cooking, exercising and studying leadership principles. One fun fact about Charlie: his first time in an airplane Charlie went skydiving--he’s taken off in an airplane more times than he has landed!
